Priyanka Chopra Jonas pens emotional note on The White Tiger's success

The overwhelmingly positive response garnered by Priyanka Chopra's 'The White Tiger' has left the actor emotional. Based on Aravind Adiga's 2008 book of the same name, the movie released on Netflix on January 22 and has been receiving a massive appreciation ever since. The movie has been on the Top 10 film list in 64 countries and has been watched in over 27 million households in its first four weeks of release.
Sharing the film's success on Instagram, Priyanka Chopra penned down an emotional note. In her post, she thanked director Ramin Bahrani, writer Aravind Adiga and the cast and crew of the movie for its achievement. She wrote, "It's so emotional for me to see the discovery and acceptance of this brilliant incredible story. The White Tiger being embraced by audiences all over the world is awe inspiring. Congrats and thank you to Aravind, Ramin, Adarsh, Raj, Mukul, Ava and everyone involved. Thank you Netflix for giving our little movie wings. #grateful (sic)."
